Maintaining harmony and balance between a fulfilling job (delivering excellent work, feeling engaged and passionate) and a truly satisfying private life (health, happiness, and life opportunities) is not easy to achieve and maintain. Having disrupted this balance, you might feel confused, stressed, and at risk of a burn out.

I will accompany you on your current and/or potential business/job challenges. I will support you with my strong experience and passion, overcoming the obstacles arising from a dramatic career change (e.g. loss of job, uncertainty in your job, losing energy in the job). My experience shows that in case of a job-loss people become afraid and this can affect the 5-psychological basic human needs; 1. certainty, 2. variety, 3. significance, 4. love & connection, 5. growth & contribution. Through this coaching you gain confidence allowing you to take on (discover, dream, design, determine and control) your new challenges with passion.

My personal advice for companies and individuals

Difficult employee/management situations are always extremely delicate. Tackle these situations not only as a company, but also as an individual. Do not sweep these problems under the carpet because eventually someone will stumble over them. Talk to me earlier rather than later. 

As an attorney and former personnel executive, I can advise and help you to find a solution matching the needs of both sides, considering financial interests, but also aspects such as reputation (company or individual), appreciation, respect and style.

  • Focus areas of my consulting can be (a specific area, but also several simultaneously):
  • Legal advice in the termination process (ideally provided in advance).
  • Define where you are, what you want to do and how you will achieve it (method: appreciative inquiry). This part includes overcoming mental barriers.
  • Establishment of a job search & application strategy (including building and using your personal network).
  • Drafting application letters including CV.
  • Interview technique (dealing with difficult questions) to optimize your application.
  • Advice of contractual negotiations (incl. salary negotiation).
  • Support on-boarding (first months of the new engagement).
  • Advice on becoming self-employed
